We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with our product please let us know by contacting us directly by Email within 15 days of receipt of the product.
You will then have an extra 7 days to send the product back to us. We will NOT refund the order UNLESS it is returned to us within 21 days of receiving your purchase, provided all items inside the package are in good condition. All refund will be issued according to your initial method of payment. For example, if you have purchased your order through paypal, we will issue the refund through payal as well. (Likewise for other processing companies)in checks and mail back to you within 2-4 business days. Items that are not returned in their original packaging, or are damaged/lost on the way back to us will not be refunded. It is buyer's sole responsibility to insure the package for any damage or loss upon returning, as well as the return postage.
